Peripatetic Ward Clerk

1 x 25 hour post shift pattern 8.00am - 1.00pm & 2.00pm - 7.00pm

1x 30 hour post shift pattern between 8am - 2.00pm & 1.00pm - 7.00pm

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and caring individual to join our Peripatetic Ward Clerk Team, who likes variety and is able to work flexibly, efficiently and independently to support a range of services.


The Peripatetic Ward Clerk role provides essential cover for the administrative roles that support our inpatient services here at Tameside Hospital; this will include; in patient Wards, Same Day Emergency Care & Early Pregnancy patient receptions, as well as general and specialist administration.


Our administration service is contracted to work between 7.00am and 9.00pm Monday - Sunday therefore flexibility in the role is imperative.
