Salary:
£24,000-£26,000 per annum


An exciting role for a
Room Leader within a baby room with a competitive salary of £24,000-£26,000 per annum is now available within a well-established nursery.

They are a group of nurseries which has been run by the same family for over 25 yearswith an aim to create a warm, caring environment so that children and parents feel at home which allows children to fulfil their potential in the early years.


The Role:


The Job Role as a
Room Leader is ideally for someone who is keen to work with children under the age of two and loves to be creative and get messy.

The Room Leader needs to be positive with a can-do attitude and the willingness for every child tosucceed.


Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working in the early years
  • Passionate about childcare
  • Able to work as part of a team and use own initiative
  • Level 3 or above childcare qualifications
  • Previous experience running a room
  • Desirable
  • Have a fun, cando attitude
  • Commitment to the role
