Description

Axcis is working closely with all boy's secondary schools with children in years 8 and 9, the position would require a solid and experienced teaching assistant who can adapt to working with different types of children.

There is some challenging behaviour in the role but mainly focused on helping each child to reach their potential.

The school have requested a fun and approachable teaching assistant to come into the role, to get on with the boys and build relationships and really get on their level.

The main focus is to get on with the children and having a friendly and professional relationship would be necessary to be successful in this role.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, and the option to pay into holiday pay and pension. We also offer a great referral scheme if you know someone who would be perfect for this role. The working hours would be 8:30-3:30 Monday-Friday with the position being long term for whose who are working well within the school
