Reed is working exclusively with a growing, fast paced, entrepreneurial business in the search for a number of new Sales Associates.

Base salary is £22.5k but realistic OTE between £35k and £60k. The roles can be based either from the head office in Rotherhamor fully remote after a two-week training period.

The role:

Based in either the clients Contact Centre in Rotherham or fully remote you will be part of a team of associates who help customers find the best deals based on their needs. Your role is to use your expert knowledge to advise them on the best deals possible.
This is not your typical cold calling Contact Centre; our clients customers give them permission to contact them; meaning our Sales Associates are able to have a rich conversation to identify customer needs and make sound recommendations using their expertknowledge.
You will be given a thorough twoweek induction programme where you will learn all about the business, the products they offer and their selling techniques. Your development will continue long after your induction with real career prospects as the businessgrows.

You will be able to demonstrate:

A great positive attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels
A technical mindset you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems
Previous sales experience
