Residential & Commercial Property Locum Solicitor - North London/Remote/Hybrid Working


A reputable Private Practice Law Firm in North London is looking for assistance from a Residential & Commercial Property Locum.


The requirement is to start in one months time and will run for approximately 12 months, whilst covering for a member of staff on maternity leave.

The caseload consists of residential sales work, purchasing & selling freeholds and leaseholds. On the commercial side, granting of new leases, renewals and assignments. The client acts for landlords, tenants and sometimes assignees.
