AML Process Trainer

Location: Surrey (Epsom/Sutton area)

Working Pattern: Hybrid working - 2 days in the office.

They have consistently grown and evolved over the last couple of years and this is something that they is looking tochange.
Their Financial Crime Hub (FCH) operations team has 1st line responsibility for the verification of new and existing UK clients for Anti Money Laundering (AML) purposes, as well as in addition to the performance of periodic reviews and investigation of PEP,sanctions and adverse media screening alerts.
You will form part of a Technical function within this area where you will primarily provide training on new processes and procedures, together with offering first-line support to operational staff on technical or process related queries, identifying andclosing training and knowledge gaps, and have ownership of these FCH procedures.
Additionally, you will at times be involved in process reviews and project management of change initiatives that impact your processes.
As someone who already possesses expertise in financial crime (AML) prevention, you will also be a self-starting individual, confident in communication through a variety of mediums, and with detailed understanding of financial crime prevention regulations.
Any training or project management experience would be nice to have but not essential.
