Hours:

Mon-Fri. Flexible start times between 7am/12midday. Shift lasts for 8 hours once started.

**Driving License Required: Yes, Council vehicle provided

To respond to reports of mould growth in our tenants homes.
The job is Monday
Friday with flexible start times between 0700 and 1200 in order to cater for those tenants to be at home when the cleaning is required.
The team will have an admin attachment who will take calls and e mails from tenants requiring mould cleaning however the team will be responsible for making appointments.
Uniform, PPE and training will be provided.
Parking is available at the office, which is Sudbury House, Wandsworth High Street.
Cleaning will take place within tenants premises within the Wandsworth Borough.
Will be provided with a work mobile phone and laptop to record work and input data onto our internal system
