Operational Support Administrator

£23,157.41 per annum


Norse Highways have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Support Administrator to join the team based at the Ketteringham Depot on a permanent, full-time basis working 40 hours per week.


As Operational Support Administrator you will ensure an effective Highways Service through providing efficient administrative support to the Operations Team.


Main Responsibilities will include:


  • General administrative duties, such as raising and receipting purchase order numbers
  • Supporting service specific ICT and record systems including data input, recording and monitoring (specifically the training database and records for internal and external clients).
  • Acting as examination invigilator ensuring that the examinations for qualifications are conducted according to the Awarding Organisation requirements and Centre policies.
  • Maintaining and managing information systems, including filing and archive systems.
You will have
previous experience working in a similar role providing administrative support, alongside:

  • Significant Microsoft Word experience & experience of other Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience working in a customer focused environment.
  • Working within a reactive environment and changing priorities to meet the needs of the service.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Full UK Driving Licence to meet travel requirements of the role.
