Salary:
Grade 5 (£21,96- FTE) - Actual £16,615.31

Hours: 32 hours per week - term time, 40 weeks per annum

This is a really exciting opportunity to join The Whitehaven Academy at a pivotal time for its future.

There has been significant financial investment to redevelop the school with state of the art new facilities combined with our recent glowing Ofsted report, in which all areas were rated good.

Have relevant experience in a similar environment or appropriate qualifications.
Should hold appropriate academic qualifications to at least GCSE standard, professional qualifications to at least NVQ level 2, or be able to demonstrate competency through proven experience in a similar role.
Have good interpersonal skills, be able to operate as a member of a busy team and be able to seek and accept guidance and support as required and as offered.
Have the drive, initiative and ability to respond quickly to further developments in the provision of learning support in schools.
