Roles

  • Create and issue production or processing plans
  • Plan work and resources flexibly in own area, allocate tasks on a daily basis, making adjustments as necessary to meet scheduled production and company targets.
  • Spreadsheets for all consumer customers.
  • Liaise and communicate with the team and other departments to keep them informed of progress, to resolve issues and to ensure the efficient running of the area.
  • Close liasion with colleagues and management
  • Monitor and report factory performance
  • Provide relevant information for production levels
  • Help to develop the Planning Tools further using Excel and Visual Basic
  • Ability to work independently
  • 2+ years experience within the same or an similar role
  • Health and Safety Awareness
- ability to learn and be trained in required skills

  • Team working
  • Problem Solving
  • IT Skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Redruth, Cornwall: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Production Management: 2 years (preferred)
Production Planner: 2 years (preferred)
