Summary

CCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with a luxury provider of elderly care in looking for a Regional Facilities Manager.

Overview

As the Regional Facilities Manager you will run the RPM & PPM function across 30+ care homes in your region.

Ensuring building and environments meet their very high standards and initiate a pro active schedule of future works.

You will be at the forefront for the management maintenance of the external fabric and grounds of the homes, interiors of the buildings, equipment, infrastructure, services, and security.

Reporting into the Head of Facilities, you will ensure support is provided to General Managers & Maintenance Managers as requested for any maintenance/repair/refurbishment works carried out in the homes promptly, efficiently, cost effectively and with minimumdisturbance to the normal operation and quality of the home.

You will need to have relevant FM experience and ideally within the care sector. The company's success stems from consistent quality provided by the staff and you would be no exception.
Essential Criteria
Experience in a similar role within care or a highly regulated sector
Driving Licence
Organisation and attention to detail
