Description

Basic £30,000 with an Increase to £32,000 after probation + bonus structure

Duties are around speaking with company directors who have recently made an online inquiry in need of general advice. All inquiries are warm, no cold calling

Their duties will vary depending on the size of the company or the relationship with the business owner.

Their common job functions include:

Dealing with incoming inquiries from accountants, and referral network or online
Advising Sole Traders and Limited Companies
Deal with Directors who are in distress seeking advice
Helping Directors with the most appropriate advice and options
Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs
Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry, and positioning
Accompanying the Insolvency Practitioner to initial meetings
Liaising with Solicitors and valuation agents
Identifying potential assets and issues to be brought to the Office Holder's attention
Managing a case load of directors and being their first point of contact
Maintaining a monthly CPD training log to help grow industry knowledge and keep updated

As part of the package, the firm will build a structured development plan around your specific needs supported by regular appraisals.

The firm is looking to bring you up to speed as soon as possible for future promotion as the company grows.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Personal Insolvency
Knowledge of Liquidations or Administrations would be advantageous
Insolvency qualifications would be seen as advantageous, although support is provided towards CPI and JIEB where appropriate.
