This is an exciting role where you will be assisting the maintenance department in ensuring the smooth running of a range of building and maintenance projects.

You will typically be working on maintenance, building and/or fire safety or decarbonization improvement works dealing with residents, contractors and staff on a daily basis.

You will be visiting schemes regularly and be one of the main points of contact for residents during this work.
