Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone's life?:

We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide care and support for individuals with physical and learning disabilities as well as behaviours that can challenge at Priory Adult Care's The Tides in Poole, Dorset.


Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.


Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial, however it is not essential; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn and the compassion to care for the people we support.

30 hours per week - Week 1, Monday and Wednesday - Week 2, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

  • Be able to support people with their needs health needs, behavioural needs and personal care needs
