Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
Previous trade support experience within a highly pressurized environment (preferably within Inv Banking/Asset Management).

Strong FX/Options knowledge and FXALL understanding.

Proactively builds and applies relevant domain knowledge that may relate to workflows, data pipelines, business policies, configurations and constraints

Manages essential processes, drives remediation and automation while ensuring high quality standards are met


Holds responsibility for performance through execution, completion and tracking of Application Management services, driving continuous service improvement plans when necessary and identifying structural improvements where required.

Applies relevant domain knowledge and develops the same in others.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline
  • Significant experience in ops, support and change in a business critical / regulated environment
  • Demonstrable experience operating and managing service operations in a relevant technology domain
  • Demonstrated experience and ability in managing time critical incident and recovery (crisis) situations and communication with internal stakeholders
  • Significant experience contributing to post incident analysis and reviews, retrospectives and blame free post mortems
