Short description of role:

An international humanitarian crisis charity is looking for a Supporter Care Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis to support the team with enquiries.

You will confidently and efficiently handle supporter enquiries and other supporter services functions including donation processing, CRM database updates and Gift Aid.

To work with other members of the Supporter Care team, the Fundraising team and the Financeteam to effectively solve supporter issues and complete a variety of other tasks.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Assisting with the management of the Supporter Care & Community Fundraising Inbox
Logging and making changes on the Customer Relationship Database (Salesforce) and communication management system (Zendesk)
Scanning and processing documents and donations
Updating supporter contact details with new information

Person Specification

You will be a confident and highly motivated person who will be able to join their small, but extremely busy Supporter Care Team, assisting with handling supporter queries, database work, and postal donation and query processing.
