Recruitment Consultant - Civils - up to £40k + uncapped commission - London

This is an office-based rolein Central London - you will be joining a vibrant, fast-paced office with a strong presence in the Built Environment - Infrastructure, Fit-Out, Civils, Consultancy.

My client is looking for Recruitment Consultants with 6 months+ recruitment agency experience.

Working closely with one of the Directors, you will be focused on growing their SME business - you will need to be a proactive, sales-focused Recruiter capable of generating client relationships and winning accounts.

CANDIDATE - Recruitment Consultant - Civils

An experienced Recruitment Consultant with at least 6 months experience
Strong sales, networking and client development abilities
A credible individual with strong commercial business acumen and a proven billing history
A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
Excellent communication skills

Ideally you will have experience of the Construction / Property sector - however my client will consider those from other professional, white collar industries.

The company has ambitious growth plans which will create opportunities for career-minded Recruitment Consultants who wish to take the next step in their career.
