Location:

This role is based at our fantastic 5 bedded residential home which supports young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health located in Tadley which is easily commutable from Newbury, Reading, Basingstoke and near by towns.

The Role:


As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will lead and inspire your team to excel in all aspects of care.

You'll collaborate with the Registered Manager, training and developing care workers to ensure the highest standards of care.

To succeed, you'll need to be patient, compassionate, and reliable, fostering trust among those you care for.


About You:


  • Level 3 Diploma for Children Young People and Families Practitioner or NVQ equivalent
  • At least 2 years of care practice experience in a similar residential environment
  • Desired leadership experience
  • Friendly, approachable, and kind

  • Confident, adaptable, resilient, and selfaware

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Residential Childcare: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare / Equivalent (required)
