Up to £85k + equity

We're working with an incredible fellow B-Corp and tech for good that have created the world's leading app in sustainability and climate change.


They've recently secured some hefty funding which they'll be using to scale their team and make their product bigger and better.


They're already smashing it though with over 5 million users globally and their mission is to make it to a billion in the next decade.

Bonkers, right?


They're now looking to bring on 4 Senior Backend Developers to join one of their awesome tech teams which consist of around at 10 heads right now.

It's 100% remote but they really have nailed the remote culture as they've always worked this way. They do have a London co-working space though which you can use as and when you need.

As for the role, you'll be building features and constantly improving the current systemsEssentially scaling the app


You'll have a lot of autonomy in the role but you'll also have an amazing support network to help along the way.


They're looking for someone with solid Ruby-On-Rails experience on a large scale, as well as experience using and improving build and automation tools.

It's the sort of role where you'll need to have a "product manager" way of thinking by constantly improvingspecs and designs.

It's a group of extremely creative engineers that love to play around with new technologies, love the product and who are fun to work with
