Vets Now are the UK's leading provider of emergency pet care, providing a trusted service to more than 1400 veterinary practices - from 58 dedicated out-of-hours clinics and three 24/7 pet emergency hospitals.

First point of contact for of clients during an emergency
Our receptionists are the first point of contact when a client calls or arrives at a Vets Now Clinic.

You will also be responsible for taking calls, handling financial transactions, providing our Vets and Nurses with vital updates about patients at or on the way to the clinic and general administration duties.

Our receptionists are a friendly face and listening ear when our clients need it most.
Working pattern

Week 1:
Monday: 18:30-21:00; Tuesday: 18:30-22:00; Saturday: 12:00-19:00 and Sunday: 13:00-20:00

Week 2:
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 18:30-22:30
Plus a fair share of bank holidays
