About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operational Risk Specialist within the Operational Risk function to help co-ordinate the Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) programme across the International legal entities.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate the Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) program across International Operational Risk; including RCSA governance, execution, and reporting across priority legal entities.
This requires close engagement and coordination with the RCSA program team,risk management teams and regional first and second line stakeholders.
The role reports to the EMEA ORBO Lead and includes the following:Governance:
Work with International Ops Risk teams to coordinate RCSA execution, including:
- Capacity planning and work allocation
- Liaison within Risk Management to ensure consistency and compliance with firm requirements
- Update engagement models and processes as needed
- Help communicate requirements and prepare specific training
- Attend RCSA program and local governance meetings
Reporting:
Work with stakeholders to define, enhance and help produce RCSA reporting and analytics, including:
- Governance reporting and challenge tracking
- RCSA results analysis and risk profile reporting
- Ongoing trigger monitoring
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Operational Risk or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint experience
