- Are you passionate about enabling nature's recovery by building stronger and more sustainable relationships between wildlife and people? If so, then we'd love to hear from youThis exciting new role will be crucial to enabling the successful return and reintroduction of lost native species into Somerset. The main emphasis of the role is communicating with and supporting communities and landowners within species reintroduction projects as they develop across the county.
Initially the focus will be on projects around wild-living beaver populations on the Rivers Avon and Frome and supporting the stakeholder engagement and advisory work in Somerset around feasibility work for the reintroduction of Pine Marten to the county.
