Our client is a successful and respected Estate Agency looking for a hungry, driven individual to join their expanding team in the Gorleston area.
You will be self-motivated, have excellent relationship-building skills and be able to secure new business opportunities without supervision.Our client is looking for a proactive individual willing to grow as one of the best agents in the area.
Working Days:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday, and Saturdays on a rota basis. You will receive a day off in lieu of every Saturday you work.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will be offered:
- Basic salary of up to £30,000
- Up to £40,000 Realistic OTE (Uncapped)
- Free Parking

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer role you must have:
- Experience in winning new instructions
- A team player but with individual flair
- Strong proven track record within Estate Agency
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly driven and motivated
- Career driven
As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, your role will involve:
- Convert valuation opportunities into instructions
- Successfully negotiating offers
- Canvassing for new business
- Booking and conducting valuations
- Booking and conducting viewings
- General admin duties
- Some sales progression when needed
- Proactively researching the local market
