We are on the lookout for local Estate Agency talent in Epsom

Our client is looking for someone who knows the area like the back of their hand in order to keep up the high levels of customer service that they currently provide.

They stand by the fact that their team is one of the most important factors when lookingat the company's success over the years and so is looking for another credible salesperson to join their team.

They are looking for a Senior Negotiator, bringing with them both high morale and experience

As a Senior Negotiator, you will need to:
Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area

Maximise revenues and help grow the property register

Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations

Help maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets

Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience

Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement

Be able to work effectively within a team

Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times

Display high standards of service and presentation

Have good organisational skills

Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth

Be a car owner with a full driving licence
