Description
Along with social and domestic support, the role can also involve providing personal care.

You could be collecting groceries, administering medication, helping around the house and preparing meals, going out for lunch or simply staying indoors to play a game or watch a film.

Duties however will vary from client to client and will be based on their care plans.


As a carer/support assistant within your local community, you will need to have a valid UK drivers licence with access to your own vehicle in order to be successful in this role.
