An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic outgoing individual to join our community Phlebotomy team. This is a permanent full time positions.
The Phlebotomy service covers a number of sites within the Knowsley borough as well as providing domiciliary visits for housebound patients.
The role involves taking patient blood samples within a community setting or in the patient's own home and ensuring the samples are labelled and prepared for transportation to the laboratory.
It requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly to meet the service need on a rota basis covering 7am to 4pm.
