THE ROLE

This company are now looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team where you will manage delivery of exhibitions and operational processes.

As Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for;

Developing a strong understanding of exhibition practices, workflow procedures and ongoing marketing goals.
Budget management and cost proposals.
Communicating H&S plans to onsite teams.
Manage and track all shipments and show logistics.
Onsite management including supervising show builds.
Supporting in the management of key sponsors and exhibitors
Oversee the operations team to ensure smooth exhibitor management and delivery.
Work closely with all internal departments to make any necessary adjustments to the exhibition layout or exhibitor processes.
Follow a project timeline, problem solving and communication of any issues with production of the exhibition.
Managing and liaising with suppliers.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you will have sound knowledge of the delivery of exhibitions as well as exhibitor processes, and be able to manage onsite teams and multiple project timelines simultaneously.

This is a hybrid position with onsite requirements as required both in the UK and internationally.
