We are seeking a Trainee Multi Skilled Operative to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has some previous experience & qualifications in a core trade, is passionate about developing their current trade skills, open to learning new things and is keen to gain new qualifications to progress their career.

Skills and Experience Required:

We are looking for a trainee with experience/qualifications in either of the below core trades:

Carpentry & Joinery
Painting and decorating

You will be coached to build on your existing knowledge and learn a wide range of new build remedial work such as:

1st and 2nd Fix Joinery
Door and Frame changes
Bathroom refits
Plaster patching
Painting and decorating
Sealant works
Identifying root causes of issues such as creaking floors and rectifying the issue

The role of the Trainee Multi Skilled Trade Operative will include:
Attending to occupied an unoccupied new build properties to carry out remedial work including but not limited to:

1st and 2nd fix joinery
Identifying the root cause of creaking floors and rectifying the issue
External door and frame
Bathroom refits
Plaster patching
Painting and decorating
Sealant works

You will also be required to keep the van presentable, keep on top of van stock level and complete job sheets.
