Description
Are you a Finance Officer with strong Credit Control skills looking for a part time role? If so, then this interim Finance Officer role could be the role for you.
Working for a charity that aims to bring together communities, and local leaders to empower change you will play a significant role in recovering debt, that will go towards funding further projects benefiting the charities service users.
- Managing the relevant mailbox, and responding to queries in timely manner
- Updating the relevant ledgers, and adding clear action plans on customer accounts, and ensuring the action plans are completed
- On occasion raising sales ledger invoices
- Maintaining accurate customer/supplier details
- Prior experience of credit control
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident user of Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting including debit and credits
This is a part time role working 21 hours a week, based a short walk from Whitechapel Underground station, and you will have the opportunity work from home one day week.
