Description

Are you a Finance Officer with strong Credit Control skills looking for a part time role? If so, then this interim Finance Officer role could be the role for you.

Working for a charity that aims to bring together communities, and local leaders to empower change you will play a significant role in recovering debt, that will go towards funding further projects benefiting the charities service users.

Working as part of wider finance function your duties and responsibilities will include;

Managing the relevant mailbox, and responding to queries in timely manner
Updating the relevant ledgers, and adding clear action plans on customer accounts, and ensuring the action plans are completed
On occasion raising sales ledger invoices
Maintaining accurate customer/supplier details

The skills you will bring to this role will include;

Prior experience of credit control
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident user of Excel
Basic understanding of accounting including debit and credits

This is a part time role working 21 hours a week, based a short walk from Whitechapel Underground station, and you will have the opportunity work from home one day week.
