- C5/6/7/ incomplete Spinal Injury
- Left arm has been amputated
- Medication level 2 administration
- Non smoker
- Can direct own care and support
- Cannot be left alone due to risk of AD
- He uses crutch to do standing transfers but needs support with rolling in bed
- Uses powered wheelchair both indoors and outdoors which he operates himself and when walking the door he uses 4x4 wheelchair
- Bower management, supra pubic catheter male or female carers are ok, 1:1
