**Assistant Site Manager

Bath**
£35,000 £50,000 PA (Depending on experience) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Annual Bonus

We are currently working with a very successful high-end housebuilder operating in Bath who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to be a part of a project management team.

Responsibilities will include:

Experience working on housing & apartment build developments
Valid, uptodate CSCS & SMSTS
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality, presentation and health & safety.
Highly proficient in planning and project delivery on time and in budget.

This is an excellent role with an Award Winning Residential Developer that would suit someone with a background in construction site management and is looking to step up and broaden their horizons by working on some of the UK's most prestigious housing developments.
