You must have, Excellent communication skills, Able to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, Flexible approach to work, Able to prioritise your workload, Work under your own initiative as well as under guidance from medical clinicians and line management.
The post holder will be expected to work within a multi-disciplinary unit and deal with telephone and in-person queries, audio typing of medical and general correspondence, general office administration in line with the Trust guidelines, booking new patient appointments in line with Trust guidelines and the 18 week pathway (RTT) rules, booking NEW / follow up appointmentsPlease see attached Job description for more information.
The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (RNOH) provides a comprehensive range of neuro-musculoskeletal health care, ranging from the management of acute spinal injury or complex bone tumour to orthopaedic medicine and specialist rehabilitation for chronic back pain sufferers.
