The role of the HR Administrator will be to support the employee life cycle within an organisation whilst ensuring company culture, business requirements and legal requirements are met.

Description
The HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Posting job adverts on all recruitment sites and removing them once expired or fulfilled
- Filing returned references and making line managers aware when individuals are ready to be interviewed
- Obtain and keep record of entitlement to work for all new team members. Reaching out for new copies when expiry dates are reached for current team members.
- Writing and sending contract documentation
- Adding new starters to HRIS
- Write and send confirmation of resignation letters
- Update HRIS in accordance with leavers
Profile
- Previous HR experience (2 years)
- Education background (ideally, not essential)
- Great organisation skills
- Able to prioritise key tasks
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Education sector experience
Job Offer
On offer for the HR Administrator will be:
- Full time, permanent role
- Based in Guildford
- Salary up to £28,000
- On site (1 day from home after probation)
- 3 minute walk from train station
- 25 days AL (plus bank holidays)
