Sense are looking for a part time Administrative Assistant within our Family Centre located in Bristol. Offering you an hourly rate of £10.05.

As our Administrative Assistant, you will provide a comprehensive, high quality and responsive administrative service to our managers and their services.

You will fit into a small office in a busy Family Centre in Kingswood Bristol. Supporting 2 managers to deliver services to Disabled Adults and Children.

The shift pattern for this part time role can be discussed, currently this role is based off working 3 days a week, although we are open to negotiation on how to spread hours.

There will be occasions when you'll need to be available for specific meetings or work to support senior managers and this may involve occasional travel outside Bristol.


We're looking for enthusiastic applicants who have:
Previous Administration experience.
Proficient IT skills, including the full Microsoft Office suite.
Strong communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.

This role in Bristol might include:
Maintaining accurate files and records.
Handling correspondence, collate reports, undertake filing and photocopying.
Taking minutes and notes at service meetings.
Managing the service calendar including meetings, events and open days.
