An exciting opportunity has arisen for two band 2 health care support workers with the Swansea Flying Start Health Visiting team.

The post offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in supporting the Health Visitors to deliver the Flying start core programme to children aged 0-5years in Swansea.

The Welsh Government flagship Flying start is expanding in Wales and this post offers the opportunity for the right individual to support the team in the expansion of the programme.

The aim of the role would be to support the Health visiting team with administrative tasks and other clinical duties including supporting in child health clinics.
