Customer Returns Administrator
Permanent role
Location - Fully office based in Finchampstead
£21,000 - £26,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
Hours - 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
My client, based in Finchampstead, is looking for a Returns Administrator to work in their busy warehouse.
You will have a desk set up in the warehouse and be responsible for handling customer returns in a prompt and efficient manner.
Essential criteria:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good analytical skills
- Good IT skills
- Highly organised
- Team player
- Self motivated
- Driver due to the location of the office
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of electrical engineering
