Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team. This position offers a comprehensive training program to develop skills in leadership, operations, and business management. The Management Trainee will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the company.


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in training sessions to learn about company operations, policies, and procedures
  • Shadow experienced staff members to learn about different roles and responsibilities
  • Assist with daytoday tasks in various departments to gain practical experience
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives
  • Learn how to analyze data, develop strategies, and make informed business decisions
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,780.48 per year
