Exciting opportunity for someone who likes to be organised and provide excellent administrative support to their colleagues.

Our Client based just north of York are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team.

Office Hours Monday

  • Friday 95pm office based.

Salary - £21-25,000 depending on experience.

This main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the two Financial Advisors in the business.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Preparation client documentation and correspondence pre and post meetings.
  • Diarising action points resulting from meetings.
  • Welcoming customers who visit the office and providing refreshments.
  • Producing valuations for clients.
  • Requesting and chasing information from clients.
  • Writing to insurance companies and checking details.
  • Preparing client review documentation.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding inbound calls and correspondence.
  • Undertaking other general administration duties as directed by management.

Attributes Required:


  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, the use of MS office, word and excel and similar workplace tools.
  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Excellent Customer service skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Attention to Detail.
