What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
  • Communicate effectively with customers in person to ensure a positive experience for all
  • Conduct daily breakdowns to evaluate daily performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Utilise up selling techniques to promote additional products and services

Qualifications:


  • Ability to up sell products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £24,764.00 per year
