Receptionist
We have a vacancy for a full-time receptionist to join our front of house team, working at our clients fantastic site in Wimborne, Dorset.
Position Scope
Responsible for the delivery of a seamless and integrated service for Front of House, ensuring an efficient, professional, welcoming and exceptional service for all staff and visitors.
Position/Responsibilities
- Service Delivery_
Ensure visitors are greeted and welcomed courteously and their needs are anticipated at all times
Efficient visitor registration and host notification with the ability to remember peoples names and faces
Issue passes in accordance with the agreed procedures and explain required Health and Safety procedures and emergency evacuation requirements to guests
Ensure Reception desk and overall environment is kept immaculate at all times
Ensure Reception desk absences are managed during the contracted hours
Book taxis, pool cars and other concierge type services as required for visitors & employees
Provide general information on required services available within the local area for visitors
Undertake additional general duties as required to support the wider contract delivery
- Compliance Management_
Be fully conversant with all relevant client standard operating procedures
- People & Performance Management_
Follow the guidelines laid down in the Reception operating procedure file
Embrace and deliver the working together service excellence concept and to operate as part of the 'One Team' culture
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and experience of operating within a customer facing role is essential.
- Service orientated attitude combined with a flair for proactive problem solving to exceed customers' expectations
- Ability to motivate self and others, excellent time management and organizational skills required
- Must be able to manage and provide service delivery in a seamless manner
- Good level of IT literacy required to operate visitor management and other required software systems.
- Strong team player.
- Previous experience of operating in a Customer Service environment providing guest and/or Reception services to the highest standard

Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
