You will process material requests by liaising with internal customers and external suppliers and assist in the effective control and delivery of logistics inventory.
You should be flexible in the tasks requested to complete by Team Leaders following the appropriate trainingWhat you'll be doing
Your main focus each day will be general office administration including the monitoring and ordering of stationery and computer consumables, ensuring that our Inventory Management Systems are updated to reflect goods issues, maintain necessary document control systems, attend and participate in Team Briefs and provide training in Logistics practices.
You may be required on occasion to take delivery of incoming goods by unloading delivery vehicles, checking the quality and accuracy of deliveries including putting away stock and updating material management systems to reflect goods receipts ensuring safe working practices are implemented by self and others.
You'll also assist on occasion with the despatch side of things, accurately picking, and assembling loads for uplift by Field Staff and Contractor Partner.

Minimum Criteria
- Good Telephone Manner.
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Developed skills using Microsoft Office Packages
- Flexible approach and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Full Valid driving licence (where required)
