Are you an experienced ideally CIPS qualified Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager, with experience in Production, Planning, Purchasing and Logistics, who has a professional approach and has managed a team with strong planning and organizational skills?

Do you have experience in a fast-paced Manufacturing & Engineering environment supporting both the purchasing and supply chain functions in a busy business?


As Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager you will report directly to the Head of Operations to manage global sourcing across the UK and Asia, to provide and lead the strategic direction to the procurement and planning teams to budgets and tight deadlines.


You will review the current strategy and make recommendations that will result in the improvement in cost, quality and service.

You will lead, recruit, and train a team using KPI's to develop performance to meet company objectives.


The ideal Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager will be enthusiastic, committed and a people person who can motivate a team and be comfortable in a changing environment and have exceptional IT skills including Word, Excel and ideally have used ERP systems.
