Our client, based in Newcastle under Lyme is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to work within a small and friendly business within a small team.

Working with the Customer Services Manager you will be a key point of contact for customers, supportingthe sales team with administration duties and helping to process the orders that come into the business from enquiries and existing companies.


Job Description:


  • To be a point of contact for enquiries for customers
  • Dealing with incoming customer service enquiries and sales enquiries
  • Processing orders for customers
  • Updating the company website stock for website orders
  • Using the CRM system to update records
  • To support the manager with reporting and analysing of customer service activities
  • Previous experience liaising with customers over the phone
  • Dealing with administrative duties for a manufacturing business
  • B2B
  • Someone who is good at multitasking
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confident with MS Office, IT etc
  • Ideally GCSE Level C or above in Maths & English
  • Sage CRM experience is an advantage

Hours:
Monday to Thursday am pm Friday 7:45 am - 12:15 pm


Salary:
£22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum
