It's not just managing stock in a brand new Depot, it's being responsible for costs, compliance and making sure we deliver JOY to customers with remarkable brands and service.

What you'll get up to

You will have great communication skills liasing with Depot Management team to ensure stock levels are maintained without impacting on service level agreements to our customers.
You will need excellent customer service skills to ensure proactive communication between all key stakeholders from Depot Manager to hospitality customers.
You will also have experience of conducting stock investigations and detailed reconcilition reports.
When things go wrong, ensure wastage and breakage trends are investigated and preventive measures are put in place to reduce stock losses.

What we look for in you

Experience of stock integrity management in a fast pace and ever changing logisitcs or FMCG envirnoment.
Hold exceptional customer service experience
Must be flexible to work a varity of shift patterns to cover all Warehouse shift patterns
Computer literate and comfortable with using Microsoft Excels/Databases
Experience of Health & Saftey would be advantageous
