THE ROLE


As the Head of Innovation at Temenos, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking and finance through the responsible use of AI, emerging technology, and product management.

Reporting directly to the Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive technological advancements, with a primary focus on ensuring the ethical and responsible deployment of AI in the financial industry.

Additionally, you will spearhead innovation efforts related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations as well as any other relevant fields or technologies.


OPPORTUNITES

  • You will develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the responsible use of AI in banking & finance.
  • You will closely collaborate with customers and prospects to conduct user interviews with potential end users of the banking system, gathering crucial insights for usercentric design and development processes.
  • You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and deploy AI solutions that enhance customer experiences, operational efficiency, and risk management.
  • You will stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and ethical considerations related to AI, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.
  • You will lead initiatives to integrate ESG considerations into product development & business operations.
  • You will explore and implement innovative solutions that align with sustainability goals and socially responsible practices.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop ESGfocused products and services.
  • You will conduct and facilitate design thinking workshops and ideation sessions to foster a culture of innovation within the organization
  • You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to generate creative ideas and solutions that address industry challenges.
  • You will engage with prospects, customers, engineers, product management, and Csuite executives to gather insights and feedback.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and innovation initiatives.
  • You will lead a team of innovation professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • You will provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging continuous learning and skill development.

SKILLS

  • You should have strategic vision: Demonstrate ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for innovation in the FinTech sector.
  • You should have ESG knowledge: Familiarity with ESG principles and a passion for driving sustainability and social responsibility in the financial industry.
  • You should have experience with stakeholder management: Proven ability to effectively manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and Csuite executives.
  • You should have innovative thinking: Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to drive and inspire innovation across the organization.
  • You should have experience with leadership and team management: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building highperforming, motivated teams.
  • You should have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.

You should have experience with the regulations:
Strong understanding of AI ethics, regulations, and industry best practices.
