Urgent requirement for a HR Administrator to join a leading Energy Service company.

Based in Aberdeen City Centre this permanent role offers hybrid working and is best suited to those with demonstrable experience in a similar HR role.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring, managing, and distributing queries received to the HR, Contractor Liaison, and Training inboxes.
  • Providing advice to Senior Coordinators on various general HR matters, including workload updates and outstanding service agreements.
  • Engaging in projects as discussed and agreed upon with Senior Coordinators.
  • Coordinating with health providers to schedule medical exams, random drug screenings, and staff health surveillance, ensuring timely completion of all paperwork.
  • Administering training requests, ensuring management approval is obtained and handling training bookings and logistics as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain data privacy standards.
  • Supervising the preparation of employment contracts, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and other contractual documentation.
  • Supporting new employees and contracting companies throughout the onboarding process.
  • Maintaining HR records, files, and systems in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Applicants to this role require:


  • Demonstratable experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and experience of working in a fastpaced environment.
