We are seeking a Digital Project Manager for our Government client based in Bristol. The Digital Project Manager role will be an initial 12 month contract paying between £700 - £800/Day Inside IR35. This role will be office based 2-3 days per week and theremaining remote.

This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile:

You will support the Construction Director and Capital senior leadership team, providing visible and effective leadership of the Capital Programme Management Office (CPMO) function which coordinates delivery across a team of
The CPMO is a key function, acting as a hands on PMO which undertakes crosscapital programme management activities, including oversight of the strategic capital programme schedule and drives delivery of the programme Tranches. The CPMO is supported by anumber of professional services partners providing programme management office, scheduling, assurance and reporting services. This role will lead the relationship with the supplier CPMO and drive their delivery and performance
As we engage in procurement of our long term professional services over the next 612 months, this role will have responsibility for preparing the capital programme for that step change and will need to develop and oversee delivery of a capability plan inadvance of onboarding the suppliers.
The role will manage the interface and multiple work priorities between capital and commercial teams and ensure that key commercial decisions are made and our delivery milestones are on track. A key part of that is managing and engaging senior stakeholdersin the decision making process and having responsibility for papers and inputs into boards
You will be supporting the Construction Director to onboard and establish the long

- term multidisciplinary team to deliver this major programme with diverse skills in areas such as design and engineering, cost management, project and programme management.

You will regularly deputise for the Construction Director and represent the Capital Programme in board meetings
You work closely with the Integrated PMO lead and be responsible for representing the Capital Programme in defining and establishing the Governance, Risk & Assurance model appropriate for a Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP) level programme, includingthe monitoring of those controls and delivery of assurance recommendations.
You will build and influence senior relationships across programme workstreams, the department, government, and internal and external suppliers. You will ensure that stakeholder interests are identified and addressed and manage multiple stakeholder groups,developing strategic relationships with internal and external suppliers. You will work with all stakeholders in a way that encourages collaboration and builds trust.
You will be an excellent team player able to work collaboratively with fellow senior leaders across the programme
