Functional Test Engineer - Oxford

My client are a leading manufacturer of audio mixing equipment. They are looking for a fresh graduate or a junior engineer who can work within the R&D team.

The ideal test engineer role will take an active role in their validation programs to test theirproducts and software releases.


Responsibilities:


  • With support learn and functionally test the software and hardware elements of their products.
  • Learn and develop test methods, that aid automating tasks and test routines
  • Active role in product validation, software releases, and hardware upgrades
  • Analyse test results, provide detailed reports, and communicate findings to the engineering teams.

Key skills:

  • Programming Knowledge in languages such as C (), C#/.NET, JavaScript would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of networking protocols would be an advantage.
  • Practical electronic and mechanical skills.
**The salary will be up to £30k depending on expereince with great company benefits.
