Wainfleet Care Home offers residential care to 43 residents and offers the perfect combination of care and independence. At Halcyon Care, we firmly believe in respecting the dignity of our residents, providing freedom of choice in daily routines and activities._

We currently require someone to work 3 days one week and another to work 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Assist with teas/meals.
Preparation and serving of light meals.
Clearing tables, serving meals, tidying up the kitchen and dining areas and washing up crockery and cutlery etc.

Experience:

Must be punctual and reliable with a clean and tidy appearance.
Must be able to make healthy meals and be organized in the kitchen.
Must be organized and be prepared to participate in gaining a Food Hygiene Certificate through work if you do not already have one.
Must be able to work in a safe tidy manner ensuring good organization and cleaning abilities.
Must be polite and courteous with a cheerful disposition.

The post holder will need to familiar with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and have experience in Food Hygiene.
