Full job description
The Role
Travel Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for marine crews, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and any required travel documentation. Monitor and manage travel budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of crew travel details, expenses, and compliance documentation.
Ensure all crew members have the necessary certifications and travel documents before deployment whilst owning and managing the internal Training Matrix.
Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with transportation providers, hotels, and other vendors to secure the best travel arrangements.
Maintain open communication with crew members to address any travel-related issues or concerns.
Marine Team Administrative Assistance:
Provide administrative support to the Marine Team during designated hours, assisting with tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, communication, and procurement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in crewing or travel coordination, preferably in the marine or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software and travel management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with marine industry processes and terminology.
- Experience in administrative support roles.
Working Conditions:
Willingness to be on call for urgent travel arrangements.
Job Types:

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
